Restaurant style Skillet Mac & Cheese is super super easy to make! In fact, you can probably make it in the same amount of time as you’d make a box of Kraft!

Skillet Mac & Cheese
- 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni Noodles
- 3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tbsb Flour
- 3 Cups Half-and-half
- 1 Lbs Velveeta (Half a block)
- Ground Pepper
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook pasta according to box instructions. Add olive oil to the water to prevent pasta from sticking.
Melt four tablespoons of butter in a cast iron skillet.
Mix in three tablespoons of flour into the flour.
Mix in three cups of half-and-half and bring to a boil.
After half-and-half is boiling, reduce heat and stir. Add in half a block of Velveeta cheese (cubed).
After cheese is melted, stir in pasta. Add ground black pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Broil for a few minutes to brown cheese on top.
Garnish if you want.
